BLACKADEMICS BOOTCAMP!!

Law shapes culture. Religion shapes culture. Education shapes culture. Institutional policies and practices shape culture.

This is the central premise of Diagnosing Whiteness & Anti-Blackness: White Psychopathology, Trauma, and Collective Psychosis in America. The construction of Whiteness as a socio-political, socio-cultural, psycho-social, and psycho-political phenomenon is fearlessly documented in this work, revealing how anti-Blackness is deeply woven into the fabric of American society. It examines the systemic and systematic violence perpetrated against Black people while challenging our understanding of history, law, and culture.

Through an analysis of hundreds of legal and historical cases, Diagnosing Whiteness & Anti-Blackness demonstrates how anti-Blackness has been codified into the very structure of American culture. It exposes the profound impact of the law on the everyday lives of both Black and White Americans. In a contemporary context where terms like Critical Race Theory, BLM, wokeness, and intersectionality have become central to public discourse, this work uncovers the full extent to which the American legal system has upheld White supremacy, anti-non-Whiteness, and anti-Blackness.

This course delves into the origins, development, and functionality of race and racism as manifestations of psychopathology, psychopathy, and sociopathy. It confronts the normalized psychological and cultural framework of "White delusion" that shapes the lived experiences of all Americans. Participants will be encouraged to critically assess their communities’ and their own individual relationships with Whiteness, anti-non-Whiteness, and anti-Blackness. This program aims to initiate a journey toward building a supportive community for coping, healing, and transformative change.

The primary objective of the Blackademics Bootcamp is to:

  • Reveal truth—uncovering the realities of systemic inequities and their pervasive impacts.
  • Liberate minds—empowering individuals who are ready to embrace change and transformation.
  • Inform and influence professionals—encouraging those in education, healthcare, law, and other fields to critically rethink and reform their approaches, ensuring they embody equitable, just, and humane practices in their work.

We’re excited to announce the next Blackademics Bootcamp session, scheduled for Saturday, July 19, 2025.
