Minimum of 3, 45-minute sessions
This service is for leaders who are committed to antiracism and racial equity, desiring ongoing leadership development coaching by a Black Human Resources Management, leadership, and business professional (more than 15-years’ experience) who will provide strategies and guidance about ways to improve cultural competence, racial privilege negotiations, allyship and alliance strategies, and overall effectiveness leading and managing diverse teams. In addition, you will be provided with insights into frameworks that can inform and enhance
organizational and leadership approaches to dismantling and addressing racism, adverse, and disparate outcomes/impacts to employees.
 
(A portion of all earnings will be used to support people in marginalized Black communities across the United States.)
